The purchase experience was not good. You charged me twice and it took 2 months to get it corrected. It now has been resolved. Other than that the chair is outstanding and I really do love it.

Best chair ever

This an awesome chair my second one, only issue is it's my second one since the first one the fake leather peeled off the entire chair starting one year after purchasing the chair. And since it was out of warrenty nothing was done. That was not good. I bought the microfiber material this time so far so good.

Sleep chair

Well, it already isn’t working in some ways. Doesn’t lift to get up and the footrest doesn’t retract all the way. It sticks out about 5”.

Disappointed

Chair arrived on time and in good condition and is well made with a steel frame. "White glove delivery" was on time but very rushed with minimal introduction to functions of control which has very small markings especially for an elderly person. The arrows indicating direction are so small that my wife cannot see them and neither can I, with my corrected 20/20 vision. My wife, who has hip joint arthritis is can not get as comfortable in this chair as she was in her 12 year old Lazy Boy even using the lumbar pillow and multiple positions. We certainly would not recommend this chair for anyone who has hip joint problems without testing it out in a retail operation. She spends around 10 hours each day uncomfortably in the chair.

I am half tempted to get angry filling this out. 98% of correspondence with Perfect Sleep I had to do. This some what shocks me receiving a review with all the problems that have occurred. To describe it as short as possible the chair was delivered and set up. Electronically nothing worked. I was promised a call and did not get one. I am still waiting for a chair that works!

A big chair

Im a small lady with short legs & I find the chair to massive for me. Although the chair is well made with wonderful features. I have serious back pain & was hoping for a more comfortable chair.

My Mom loves the chair. She is sleeping much better since she started using it.

Perfect sleep chair

Overall I am disappointed with it. It is nowhere as comfortable as it looks in the ad’s. The material is stiff and not soft and plyable as I had hoped and the functions are not as good as one that I previously owned. If I had it to do over, I would have shopped a little more but I am stuck with it now. Sorry!!

the chair broke the first day received, it took a month for a repair person to arrive the chair is uncomfortable and with the short remote cable dangerous to use, stay away try a lazyboy. it will arrive in a timely manner and the quality and service are superior the chair is not worth $300 much less the $3000 it costs the heat and vibration are almost not noticable nothing outstanding about this chair

BEST CHAIR EVER

The nicest quality and best sitting chair. Purchased for my boss after open heart surgery. He was able to sleep in chair for the 3 weeks following surgery and has loved it.

I'm only 5'4". The armrests are too high for me. Would be nice if the chair was a couple of inches wider so it would be more comfortable sleeping on my side. Fabric is nice but shows every little piece of fuzz. I do like the different positions and the fact that the head and legs can be raised or lowered as needed.

I got this for my dad to help him enjoy where he would be spending a good amount of time due to aging and less agility. He loves it!

Ups and Downs

I have a serious back injury which prevents me from sleeping in a regular bed. The Sleep Chair has made getting a good night's sleep possible. However, from the beginning I have been concerned about the quality of the craftsmanship. The chair seems to be off-balanced, leaning toward the left. When lifting, the right side begins to lift a few seconds prior to the left. Sometime when operating it make cracking sounds like it is being stressed and about to collapse. Considering the amount of money spent, I am concerning about the long-term viability of the product.

Slight issue

The chair is great now that it's fixed. We had a mechanical problem within 2 weeks of purchase which took a month to fix. Now that it is fixed my husband loves it. He can relax and rest comfortably. I no longer worry about him standing from a chair because this chair does it for him.

The legs don’t go out flat like advertised and the head or back goes back too far. Rather disappointed from advertisement to actual use.
